We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals with positive upbeat
attitudes who enjoy working as a team to conduct telephone interviews and
collect opinions for professional and consumer research studies. Topics are widely varied. No selling is involved.
This is not a sales, collection or telemarketing job. We conduct survey
research only and specialize mostly in medical and social research.
We are seeking both English-speaking interviewers and Spanish
bilingual interviewers. Bilingual interviewers must speak, read and write
both English and Spanish fluently.
To apply for this job, please have the following skills:
• Professional and courteous telephone demeanor. Previous call center or
telephone experience is a plus;
• Excellent reading and writing skills. (The ability to read out loud and
at a conversational pace and recording survey answers in the language of
the interviewee is a must for this position.);
• An exemplary work ethic;
• Technical knowledge of computers, especially survey software is
desirable, although not mandatory for employment;
• Green card or proof of US citizenship
