The Henne Group.
Founded in 1986, The Henne Group is based in downtown San
Francisco and specializes in applying multi-modal research
methodologies to help clients understand and engage with
their key stakeholders. The firm's principal, Jeff Henne,
has been engaged in research and communications consulting
for close to thirty years, and received his training in
survey methods and survey research design from the Eagleton
Institute at Rutgers University.

maintains an 18-station computer-assisted telephone
interviewing (CATI) laboratory in its downtown San Francisco
office and Waller
Hall Research (WHR) is a 35-station CATI laboratory operated
in Greybull, WY. From either location, we conduct telephone
surveys, mail surveys, and Internet-based surveys
administered on an internal server over a secure T-1
line. We also routinely recruit several hundred participants
per year for focus groups and in-depth interviews from these
locations.

office building in the heart of the western states
where environmental energy, public land use, and
protected species abound.
Our staff completes a 20-hour training program prior
to study assignment. We pride ourselves in being good
people with an old fashioned work ethic.
The facility includes a conference/focus group room, full kitchen, IDI room with viewing capabilities,
state-of-the-art audio/video, private client lounge
and high-speed internet access.
