Waller Hall Research occasionally seeks applications for motivated personnel to join our friendly staff of telephone interviewers for short-term projects at our facility located in Greybull. We employ hardworking, dependable individuals with positive upbeat attitudes who enjoy working as a team to conduct telephone interviews and collect opinions for professional and consumer research studies. Topics are widely varied. No selling is involved. This is not a sales, collection or telemarketing job. We conduct survey research only and specialize mostly in medical and social research.
Skill set needed:
Professional and courteous telephone demeanor. Previous call center or telephone experience is a plus
Excellent reading and writing skills. (The ability to read out loud and at a conversational pace and recording survey answers in the language of the interviewee is a must for this position)
An exemplary work ethic
Basic knowledge of computers, and the ability to learn to use survey software is desirable, although not mandatory for employment
Proof of US citizenship
