Pull Up a Chair
Living out here requires a certain amount of grit. We value privacy, independence, and our open spaces. But when decisions are made in distant capitals that affect our hospitals, our public lands, and our paychecks, "toughing it out" isn't enough. We need to speak up, especially in making solutions that work for us. Waller Hall Research is where you grab the mic and organizations listen.
Waller Hall Research (WHR) is a Greybull, Wyoming-based firm. We created a place where locals can weigh in on issues with public agencies and companies, an in-person or remote town square.
You don't need to agree if you actually don't. We're more interested in your freedom to express what you think, value, and prefer on any given issue of interest to upcoming regional projects. We take your positions and turn them into anonymized data that agencies and industries listen to, giving you an indirect seat to speak to them.
Whenever you weigh in, you get both rewarded, and you get to affect what your region becomes.
The Topics: What You Can Discuss
-
Community Wellness & Care (Healthcare): Helping providers understand what it’s actually like to access care when the nearest specialist is three hours away.
-
Land, Water, & Resources (Energy & Environment): Balancing the jobs that feed our families with keeping the wild places we love healthy for the next generation.
-
Local Rights & Policy (Government): Cutting through the red tape. Telling the state and federal agencies what programs actually work on the ground, and which ones fail.
-
Visitor Impact & Local Life (Tourism): Ensuring our towns thrive from tourism without losing the quiet character that makes them home.
-
Future Generations (Education): Creating pathways for our youth so they don't have to leave the region to succeed.

Who This Is For
To the Mountain West ranchers, landowners, voters, the townsfolk, the workers, the ones who need help, the parents concerned with family education, health, and future; to those who have a say about current issues, land use, statewide concerns, and for those who are passionate and protective of our life in the wild region we call home.
